- All prices are exclusive of postage and packaging.
- If your order is under 25 rosettes or £19.99 or less (excludes postage), our small order charge of £2.50 will apply.
- We cannot accept any errors or damages unless advised within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
- All invoices are strictly 30 days net. Unless your order is urgent/last minute, in this case we ask that we receive payment within 48 hours of you receiving our invoice. No VAT will be applied to our prices.
- All invoices must be paid prior to manufacture and your order being sent.
- If your order is urgent/required within 3 weeks, no discounts on quantity will be given.
- All orders must be received by e-mail in writing.
- The Manor Rosette Company reserve the right to refuse an order or part of.
- Artwork and photos remains the property of The Manor Rosette Company and must not be copied from this website.
- In certain circumstances we have the right to use substitute materials/colours. We will always contact you if we do not have your colour(s) in stock.
- We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notification.
- All measurements are approximate and descriptions are for guidance only.
- All our rosettes carry our contact details on the reverse.
- All personalised products are non refundable and are exempt from return.

For Delivery we need delivery / invoice address, landline telephone number (mobile not acceptable alone) and email address if applicable. No responsibility can be taken after orders are despatched although, where necessary, we will help you track your parcel with the parcel reference number. Please refer to carrier’s terms and conditions.
- Payments by credit card will take 7 working days to be received. Fees will be added at checkout for this service.
For last minute orders that need to received:
- Within 1-14 working days the cost is £10.00 or 5% whichever is the greater (excluding postage cost).
