For delivery of your order we need the following information:

Orders required after 3 weeks or more than 28 days notice
Orders up to the value of £70 will be sent 2nd class signed for, delivery is between 3 – 5 working days. Orders for over £70.01 up to £200 will be sent Parcelforce 48 hours and includes tracking and compensation. For any order required last minute/urgently please select the appropriate delivery at checkout under shipping – we have express 24 delivery for all urgent orders required between 1- 14 working days. If you have selected one of our express delivery services under “Optional Services” you will need to tick the appropriate box. Additional fees will be applied to your cart automatically. Collection If your order is required urgently and we do not have the time to post your order, you would need to collect from us during our office hours (Monday to Friday 7.30am to 3pm). Date and time to be pre-arranged by e-mail, when your order is ready. We are within easy driving distance of York, Malton, Norton, Harrogate, Ripon, Thirsk, Boroughbridge, Easingwold, Wetherby, Collingham, Bramham, Tadcaster, Knaresborough and Ripley. All person(s) collecting must wear a face covering.
